I've never heard of Sally Bell's! Sounds yummy!
Their pecan tarts are fabulous. Twice as big as their cupcakes and full of nuts.
IHV, SB's is a quaint little place hidden away on Grace Street in the VCU area and well worth a visit. Per Yelp, it has been around since 1959.
